陈亚东,教授,博士生导师。江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师,江苏省 “青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人,美国密歇根大学医学院综合癌症中心访问学者。主持和参与了多项国家自然科学基金、国家重大科技专项“重大新药创制”等科研项目;课题组与国内多个药企合作进行新药研发。申请国内专利14项,PCT专利3项;发表SCI论文100多篇。2015年研究团队发现的1.1类抗肿瘤新药以1.5亿元人民币里程金转让给上海复星医药,目前在美国、澳大利亚和中国大陆地区进行I期临床试验,2019年底获美国FDA授予孤儿药资格认定。

主要研究方向:

1)基于重大疾病的原创小分子药物发现;

2)基于人工智能的药物分子设计及其应用研究。
